We believe in being real and authentic by the way we live our lives. Therefore, our leaders will set the example in their walk with Christ, being transparent about their struggles and the process of growth, so our congregation sees principles of growth lived out.

We believe all people matter to God and ought to matter to the church. Therefore, the atmosphere of our church should always be a place of grace for the hurting and broken who desire to be whole.

We believe in the Great Commission as commanded by our Lord Jesus. This includes both relational evangelism and event evangelism. Therefore, we will invest our time and money into people and events to win them to Christ.

We believe life-change happens in relational environments. Therefore, we encourage people to be part of a small group where accountability, encouragement, support and spiritual growth can take place.

We believe every member is a minister. Every believer is created for ministry, gifted for ministry and authorized for ministry. Therefore, we will equip and empower believers so they can fulfill their potential in Christ by serving in the local church.

We believe God has called us to succeed and be effective in all we do. We believe the ministries of our church should be effective and making a difference in people's lives. Therefore, change is not considered an option, but necessity for continued success when ministries are no longer effective.
